You take full responsibility to ensure the confidentiality, of your account and password.  You will be responsible for all the activities that take place within your account.  In case of any violation or unauthorized use of your account, you should immediately notify “Debt Advice” without any delay.  You consent to exit your account after each session. “Debt advice” shall not be liable for any loss or damage that arises due to inappropriate or unauthorized use of your account, may it be with or without your knowledge.  You may be held responsible for the loss or damage incurred by “Debt Advice” due to the failure to comply with this clause. You also agree to not use the account of any other user without their approval.

Limitation of liability

“Debt advice” shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage including but not limited to damages for loss of profits or goodwill or intangible loss arising due to: (a) use of the site (b) the cost of procuring substitute goods or services from any goods, data or information or transaction entered via our website (c) unauthorized access to or any sort of alteration of your transmission or data (d) any other matter concerning the services.

“Debt Advice” does not claim ownership of the content, or post or upload or privately transmit to our site for public review.  You grant “Debt Advice” the permission to use your submission by posting or making available the content or any other information in relation to their internet businesses including without any sort of limitation the right to copy, distribute, transmit, reproduce or edit your submission and to publish your name in relation to your submission.

Disclosures and Warnings

Debt settlement solutions are not suitable for every individual. If you fail to pay your monthly payments on time, you may have to deal with increased balances and also your credit rating may get adversely affected.  Also, it is not compulsory that all the creditors may agree to reduce your debts. Some may want to pursue collection and they may even file a lawsuit.
